Payment Account Validation

Hi everybody,

I'm a software developer and this is the first time I use Visa API, I've some problems to create a new project.

I've create a new project following the guide instruction:

To create a project:

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Click on Create New Project.
  3. Specify Project Name and Project Description (Note: This can be maximum 1000 characters).
  4. Select the APIs you are interested to use in your project.

Then, I've selected only the API Payment Account Validation so I've clicked "Create".
But it showed me an error: "There was something wrong with your request"

Where did I wrong?

Thank you

Re: Payment Account Validation

Hello @nbucc

Can you please confirm if you are using any special character when you are creating the project?

Also, can you please share the screen shot of the error message you have received?

Thank you,

Vaibhav

Re: Payment Account Validation

Thank you for the quick response. Please clear your cookies and cache and try again. If you continue to receive the error, please provide me the correlation id and I will further investigate into the issue.

Below are the steps to get the Correlation ID using a Google Chrome browser.

1>Open Chrome menu.

2>Click on More tools then Developer tools.

3>Check the box to Preserve Log for the Network Tab.

4>Then try to log in to Visa Developer Center. Once you received the error message.

5>You can find the Correlation ID in the network log for login issues.

Thank you,

Vaibhav
