Production API Keys

About 2 weeks ago we created the company data with the "Go Live" process but we still don't get the production API keys ... how long do we have to wait to get them?

I am sorry to hear that your Going Live request is pending for this long. Can you please provide me the name of the project & API name for which you have submitted the going live request. I will then work with product team to review your request and update you directly.
