While you approach for VTS access, I would like to share with you some basic information regarding VTS.
VTS enables "Tap To Pay" Feature in the mobile for those NFC enabled devices. Visa provides VISA SDK for mobile app development and VTS REST APIs to implement in the MAP (Mobile Application Platform) server.
VTS is either provided for COF(Card On File) for those cards issued by the Issuer or can also register it manually either by OCR scanning or key-in the PAN.
Each PAN associated with a Device is issued with a Token which follows a LCM(Lifecyle Method) for managing those tokens such as suspend, delete, resume token status. Token is actually stored at Visa Vault System and securely stored in the mobile device using the Visa SDK hence you are assured with Highest level of security.
