Hello!
I'm new to Visa development and would like to better understand how to create the following:

• I want to create VisaNet QR and payment links for invoices.
• I would like the user to be able to scan this code or click the link to be directed to the payment page, with invoice details and payment options.
• After the user completes the payment, the funds will be transferred to their bank account.  
  
  Please help me find the right APIs and perhaps sample code to get started.
