Visa data fields

Hi. Does anyone know of the following field locations for Visa Data points? I have tried searching Visa Online and publications but cannot locate these particular ones: 

Settlement Date and time

Card Scheme Identifier 

Acquirer Reference Number

Issuer Name

Acquirer ID

Chargeback Rights Indicator 

Chargeback Reason Code

I just need to know the field number  is all. Thank you for any help that can be given.
