Cybersource Flex API- Tokenize CARD

and now getting this below error for Tokenize CARD request

 Can you please let me know what if this isa profile level issue for the API access ?

We also have the exact same issue while tokenizing the card info with sample card info, can you please let us know if this is an issue with the API or something wrong with our app setup?

I am using VDC api to integrate with cybersource. But getting following error. 

Tokenization provider error: Recurring Billing or Secure Storage service is not enabled for the merchant

I tried login in Cybersource Business center but don't know the username / password. I can see the merchant-id in VDC dashboard.

My cybersource merchant Id is sapient_pawan__63824

Is there a way to get the tokenization enabled for this merchant id?

Hi!

I presented the same error and what I did was report the case in cybersource (support https://ebc2test.cybersource.com/ebc2/) and they enabled this functionality for my merchant Id.
