Help with VisaChekout SandBox - E-mail

I am in need of help to proceed with the development of VisaChekout on the SandBox platform. 
When calling the customer data entry screen, I cannot receive the email with the registration password
to inform the cards. This error occurs in the attachment.

Before we move forward with troubleshooting this, are you aware that we no longer support direct merchant integrations for VCO?

 

If you're not currently going through a partner, then the solution you are trying to develop will likely be of no use.

 

If you are going through a partner, then you'll need to engage that partner regarding their VCO problems first.

We can still help troubleshoot what's happening, but if you can't use your own direct integration, then we are worried that this will waste your time.

 

Can you confirm if you are going through a partner, and if you have engaged your partner yet?
