ATM Locator API fails in sandbox and in API Reference

I am getting Visa ATM Locator Svc-Solr Execution Failure when I try in my code. Same is happening in when tried in https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/atmlocator/reference#atmlocator__atmlocator

Any ideas?
