i'm trying to test Cybersource API from Api Reference Test samples and when I set the authorization fields with my own SandBox data (api key and shared secret), i'm getting the following response while trying to make a process payment request:

the documentation suggests testing with a different card. I did it and keep the same error.
In the dashboard, transition detais says:
