How to get the json link from the test app

Hi I have already created the test app. And create the p12 certificate already with openssl but I still could not obtain any visa merchant offers data through the test app. I tried the link inside the browser which is "https://sandbox.api.visa.com/vmorc/offers/v1/all" and insert the userid and password as query string. Please do help me how to view through the browser the json.

Here is an alternative option. 

Please use this API to retrieve all offers available in sandbox https://developer.visa.com/products/vmorc/reference#vmorc__offers_data_api__v1__Retrieve_All_Offers
