Visa travel notification service card account numbers for testing purpose

I am trying to test the Visa Travel Notification APIs in the Visa sandbox. I am able to call the API using the partner BID that is assigned to me. When I call the 'Add Travel Itinerary' API I get an error with responseCode 14 and reponse message "Account is not valid". I am using some random card numbers and it looks like the card numbers should already be associated with the partner BID. What is the mechanism to get test card numbers associated with my partner BID which I can use for testing.
