Good day! Our team is developing a mobile bank. We are adding premium cards VISA INFINITE and VISA PLATINUM. These cards have travel privileges. Free insurance and access to the halls https://www.loungekey.com/. We need APIs that will return information on free passage and a list of lounge key lounge  and what additional APIs can we implement?

Is it possible to validate and receive any data on the insurance policy?

Per your use case on rewards, benefits and loyalty, I would recommend you to take a look at our Offers and Benefits APIs here - https://developer.visa.com/site/offers-benefits

In particular, Visa Card Eligibility Service looks to be a good fit for your use case. However, I'm currently reaching out to the VCES product team to confirm if the VCES API could do what you are specifically looking for and I'm currently reviewing your question on validating and receiving the insurance policy, as well.
