Consumer Control Limitations

Is there a way (an API) for consumers to use their own software to recommend that the card issuer approve or decline a transaction? This would allow consumers to use their own spread-sheets and other computer software to help them make better purchase decisions at the point-of-sale. Eventually, it could help them avoid buying products that might make them sick, products that have been recalled, etc...

This is a very interesting idea! Unforutunately we do not have this feature available at this time.
