I am working on an in-house web application that allows our credit union to serve our members from a single system instead of needing to log into mutliple systems to perform routine tasks. We have gotten most of the common functionality provided to our employees available via the SOAP C&AM API for working with debit cards, but there is still a reason to log into DPS/CATS/C&AM - to review the entries under "Call Center History" - aka Falcon and Call Center memo/notes.
I can't seem to find an API that exposes these entries so we can display them in our internal application to remove the need for our employees to log into DPS simply to review these call center and falcon history notes. What API should I be using for this?

Are you currently using any of our DPS APIs in the Production environment? If so, which API product are you currently using or interested in using? For a list of API products, please refer to this link https://developer.visa.com/apibrowser. You can filter the search under the Capabilities section on the left side menu and select Visa DPS.
