VISA Checkout Card Registration API

Do VISA expose an API which we can use to register the card for VISA checkout from our wallet application.

So cardholder does not need to go to VISA website to register his card to use VISA Checkout on merchant application.

We also need it, but talking to Visa this is not possible. The user information registration is made exclusively by Visa interface, there is no other way.

After registering you can retrieve customer data by callid. Remember that to get the card data you need to apply for Visa to enable the FULL recovery of customer data (dataLevel) because you have no power to enable it.

Take me long to figure it out and the documentation is incomplete on this request.
