Probably a super easy question, but when offering 7 day trials, is it mandatory to send out two separate emails? One as soon as the customer subscribes to the free trial (initial confirmation email) and another right after letting them know the trial expiration is near?
Can't I put all the relevant info from the expiration of the trial in the initial confirmation email?
Mostly referring to this.
I got mixed messages when searching online and I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone.
