VAD-1160 AccountLookup Error

Trying createAlias method in sandbox for Visa card I receive "VAD-1160 AccountLookup Error- Unable to find any participating network information for the provided account". Can anybody explain to me, what is the reason of this error. At the same time for any Mastercard there is no errors.

Can you please email developer@visa.com and share the test PAN that you are using to test in sandbox?

Please also provide the following details so we may investigate further

  1. End Point URL
  2. Request Header
  3. Request Body
  4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
  5. Response Body

I directed my question and request/response info (url, header, body) to developer.visa.com, and there was not answer, but I noniced a new Test Data for my country. Using this Test Data method createAlias works fine. But using any custom Visa Card gives error. So as I understood, I limited using only Test Data in sandbox. Hope going to production will be successful.

Hi @UGB_Serge,

 

In sandbox testing, you have to use the provided test data and it is limited. When you are ready to promote your project to production, you will be able to access production data.
