private and public certificates

My project ran out of certificates. I sent a request to sign new ones, but in production the certificates were automatically created without the ability for me to download the private certificate. It changed after the update. Could you please tell me how can I get it now or recreate the private and public certificates?

Please email developer@visa.com to request for new certificates. Please include the name of the project that you are requesting new certificates for.

Hi Stacey, thanks for your response. I did sent an email to developer@visa.com and received a reply 6 days ago stating that someone will get back to me shortly. And I haven't received any response ever since. And this is very important for me to resolve this as soon as possible.

Hello @dubz, 

If you have lost the provide key and would like to get new certificates issued. Please generate a NEW CSR file so I can have VDP Team request new credentials. I assure you that once you provide new CSR File, I will prioritize your request.
