Visa checkout in progress to be moved to production for how long?

So I`ve been waiting for 11 days and I do not even know what`s the time limit to be approved, how long it will take? I need this for yesterday!

Thanks - we're looking into it. Very sorry about this delay and I understand your frustration. Each request is thoroughly reviewed and since requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, there is no set timeline on how long your review will take. Due to the high volume of reviews the team receives, it can sometimes take up to 10 business days or longer for a response.

So, when are you contacting me? It's an urgent case, you asked the e-mail but no one got in contact through there with me after a whole day, it has already been 10 commercial days without the project beeing moved to production.

Hope you are well. I have an update for you on Going Live request you submitted for Visa Checkout APIs. Due to some recent changes, VCO team does not accept direct merchant. However, you will need to work with a partner in order to integrate VCO into your project.

Hello we are trying to integrate it with Cielo, and they are a partner, how should I proceed?

In that case, you would need to contact Cielo for support as they will do integration for you. Cielo should be able to assist as they will be moving your project into production. Please make sure that you have completed the form with Cielo.
