Data for Braille and Wheelchair in ATM Locator API

I have a question regarding the VISA ATM Locator API. 

 

We are seeing that the properties for braille and wheelchair are always N. At least for all ATM's in Denmark.

 

What does that mean? Will the data be updated at a later stage or is it just a matter of the data provider for Denmark ignoring these properties?
