Sandbox account for full PAN data

Hi,
  I am integrating visa checkout in my website, I am looking for customize solution where I can get Payment Data with full account number in payment data api response.
  I have created the sandbox test account. I want to know is default full account number available for sandbox testing account or any modifications required in my account set up to get full card details?
